Nationwide Inbound Inc. is looking for personable and energetic Customer Service Agents to join our ever-growing inbound call center. Customer Service Agents assist our clients, provide product/service information, fulfill customer needs, and try to resolve any problems callers face with accuracy and efficiency.
This position is perfect for someone with effective communication skills and a customer service mindset who enjoys working independently.
Schedule:
- 16 hours per week
- Fridays & Saturdays
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage substantial amounts of incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service to callers and visitors.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure messages are delivered properly.
- Assist with basic administrative and computer-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and general systems navigation).
- Excellent phone and listening skills.
- Professional, friendly, and courteous communication style.
- Sales, customer service and/or call center experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
